Service Description

Lesson Planning Session-We will analyze your current planning process and come up with a strategy on how to improve it. Schedule Creation- We will work together to create a schedule specifically for you to help you better utilize your contracted time. LIT Boundaries-We will discuss healthy self-care practices, establish our why as educators, create a moto, and define what balance looks like for us as individuals. Sustainable Systems-We will utilize the data from our time analysis so that we can create healthy systems that allow for balance and efficiency. The Power of Relationships-How likely are you to take advice from a person you have no relationship with? Chances are not very likely. We will discuss the importance of and strategies for building healthy relationships with our students and peers. Planning and Grading-Everything does not need to be graded! We will discuss the importance of planning with a purpose and assessing what our curriculum is asking of our students so we can be intentional with our graded assignments. Data-Oh no the D-word! We will discuss ways to analyze data in a not so gruesome way and with purpose. In order to improve we have to know what we are working with. Resources & Reflection-It's so hard to say goodbye! We will reflect on the school year so far and establish some goals for the remainder of the year. We will also take a look at a few resources and ideas to wrap up the school year.
