Reflect on up to six areas in which you would like for your energy to flow. Jot down what that looks like, why it’s important to you, ideas for ways you can get that energy flowing, or anything else that may be helpful for you. Then you can use the bingo board to track how much energy you have allocated each month towards the things you desire to focus on.
